Sacred Poly privacy policy

Updated October 19, 2026.

Sacred Poly is an early-access service for adults aged 18 and older interested in consensual polygyny and intentional relationships. Member accounts and a separate demonstration are available. Do not submit identity documents, payment details, intimate images or information about children. Email confirmation establishes control of an email address; it does not verify age or identity.

Operator and contact

This policy covers the Sacred Poly Android app and sacredpoly.com. The Sacred Poly operator can be contacted at [email protected] for privacy questions, account access or deletion requests. Do not send passwords, recovery links or identity documents by email.

Information collected and why

Member registration and sign-in send your email address and password over HTTPS to Supabase Auth. Authentication creates an account identifier and session credentials. These are used to create, confirm, recover, secure and manage your account. Password recovery links contain temporary credentials. The account page keeps its access token in memory; reloading currently requires sign-in again. Password changes are processed by Supabase Auth.

A saved member profile contains your display name, age, city or region, and biography. Display name and adult age are required to save a profile; city or region and biography are optional. We use these details to provide profiles and, if you choose to publish, member discovery. Avoid sensitive personal details in free text.

Messages contain the sender and recipient account identifiers, message text and timestamps. They are stored to provide member conversations. Blocks contain the two account identifiers and prevent new messages and discovery visibility in either direction. Existing message history is not removed by blocking. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

Safety reports contain reporter and reported account identifiers, reason, written details, status and creation time. They are used to review concerns, prevent abuse and enforce community safety. Moderation records include moderator and target account identifiers, report references, actions and timestamps. These records support accountability and security.

Private profiles and optional discovery

Your saved profile is private to your signed-in account through the member interface. Publishing is a separate, explicit choice. If you accept the publication checkbox and choose “Publish my saved profile”, a copy of your display name, age, region and biography is made visible to other signed-in members. Anonymous visitors cannot browse this directory. Editing the private profile does not update that published copy until you publish again. You can browse without publishing and can choose “Remove my listing” to delete the directory copy while keeping your account.

Blocked accounts and suspended members are excluded according to the service's access rules. Other people who already viewed a published profile may have copied its contents; removing it cannot remove copies they made independently.

Who can access information

Messages are available to their participants. Members can read their own submitted reports. Authorized moderators can read safety reports, update report status, and suspend or reinstate accounts. Moderator status does not itself grant access to other members' private saved profiles or message histories. The operator and service administrators with database access can access stored records when administering the service.

When you publish a listing or send a message, the intended members receive the information you choose to disclose. Do not share financial details, precise addresses or information you do not want those recipients to retain.

Hosting, external services and technical data

Cloudflare hosts the website and Supabase provides authentication, the member database and account-deletion processing. These providers process network and technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser or device information, to deliver and secure their services. Their logs and backups follow their own applicable settings and retention practices.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. The demonstration can load sample portraits from Unsplash image servers. Requests to these services disclose network request information to the relevant provider. Support email is handled separately from the member database by the operator's email service. The inspected member service has no active advertising SDK, paid checkout or government-ID upload feature. This policy does not describe hypothetical paid or verification features as operational.

Separate demonstration and device storage

The public site does not publish sample member profiles or simulated conversations. Consent choices and cached website files may be stored on your device. They do not create a member account, and Sacred Poly does not verify identity. Clearing device or browser data does not delete server records.

Retention and deletion

Account and profile records remain while your account exists unless you remove or replace relevant information. Messages and blocks remain until the related account is deleted, apart from any independently applicable provider logs or backups. Removing a discovery listing deletes its directory copy but retains the private profile and conversations.

Authenticated account deletion removes your sign-in account, private profile, discovery listing, messages involving the account and blocks. It sends your current password to the deletion service to verify the request with Supabase Auth; application code does not log or store that password. Safety reports and moderation audit records can remain for safety and accountability with deleted account references removed. Written report details may still identify people. These retained records currently have no automatic expiry; contact the operator to request review of retained personal information. We do not promise an unimplemented deletion deadline. Provider logs and backups can remain under provider retention practices.

See account and data deletion instructions. If you cannot sign in, you can request help or deletion by emailing the privacy contact. Ownership must be verified before acting. Availability of an individual privacy right or an exception to deletion can depend on applicable law and the reason information must be retained.

Children and safety

Sacred Poly is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not create an account or submit a child's information. If you believe a minor is using the service or a profile contains prohibited material, use “Report a member” or contact the operator. Do not copy or attach illegal imagery.

Policy changes

We will update this page when the service's data practices change and identify the effective update date. Material changes requiring additional notice or consent will be addressed before the affected processing begins.
