Sacred Poly account and data deletion

Remove your discovery listing without deleting your account

Sign in in the Member account area. Under “Discover members”, choose “Remove my listing”. This deletes the copy shown to other members. Your private saved profile, account, conversations, blocks and reports remain. You may edit or clear the optional region and biography fields in your private profile and save again. A private edit does not update an existing published copy; remove the listing or explicitly publish again.

Delete your member account

Open the member account page and sign in. Under “Your private saved profile”, expand “Delete my test account”, enter your current Sacred Poly password, and type DELETE. Choose the final deletion button only if you intend to permanently remove the account.

Account deletion removes the sign-in account, private profile, discovery listing, messages involving the account (including copies otherwise visible to conversation partners) and blocks. Safety reports and moderation audit records may be retained for safety and accountability with account references removed. Report details can still contain identifying information. Those retained records currently have no automatic expiry. Provider logs and backups can remain under provider retention practices. Deleting the account cannot erase copies other people independently made of information they had already seen.

Request help, account deletion or partial-data deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Sacred Poly data deletion”. Give the relevant account email or ID and describe whether you want account deletion or removal of specific information. The operator must verify ownership and assess whether safety records must be retained before acting. Do not send passwords, recovery links or identity documents. If you cannot sign in, “Forgot password?” on the account page may help you regain access.

Clear the demonstration on this device

The button below removes demo profile choices and consent preferences stored by this browser. It does not delete a member account, server messages, reports, moderation records, support emails or provider logs.
