Sacred Poly
Safety & Community Guidelines
Sacred Poly is an early-access community for adults interested in honest, consensual polygyny and plural-family relationships. These guidelines sit alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Sacred Poly does not currently verify identity and does not run criminal background checks. Email confirmation only shows that someone controls an email address. You decide whether a person is safe to keep talking to, and whether to meet them at all.
Adults only, 18+
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Minors must not create an account, appear in a profile, or be discussed as a dating prospect. If you are under 18, leave this site.
Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited. Zero tolerance. Do not request it, post it, or forward it. Report a suspected minor with the tools below, and do not attach illegal imagery. The child-safety standards explain how those reports are handled.
Consent
Consent is ongoing. It can be withdrawn at any time, and "stop" means stop.
- If you are married or already partnered, every existing partner must know about and agree to your use of Sacred Poly. Hiding a partner is not allowed.
- Each adult needs their own account and gives their own consent. One person does not consent for another.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or pressure anyone. Do not contact someone after they have said no, blocked you, or stopped replying.
- Do not send sexual content unless the other person has clearly agreed to receive it. Do not put sexual content in a public profile.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, age, relationship status, or intentions.
- Do not share another member's private information, photos, or messages without their permission.
Meet in public
You are responsible for your own meetings, online and in person. For a first meeting:
- Meet in a public place. Leave if you feel uneasy. You do not owe anyone a second location.
- Arrange your own transportation, and leave on your own. Do not get into a car with someone you just met, and do not send a car for them.
- Tell a friend where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to check in.
- Keep your home address, workplace, daily routine, and financial details to yourself until you know the person well.
Video-call verification
Have a live video call before you agree to meet. Use it to see that the person matches the profile and the photos, and that you are comfortable continuing. A video call is a check you do yourself. It is not an identity verification performed by Sacred Poly.
- Treat a refused, delayed, or "my camera is broken" video call as a reason to cancel. Do not meet someone who will not appear on video first.
- End the call if the person does not match their photos, will not show their face, or pressures you to skip this step.
- Do not treat a polished profile, a verification badge in the demonstration, or a quick reply as proof of who someone is. Demonstration profiles and badges are examples.
Scam warnings
Dating scams often start with a fast bond and then a request involving money. Stop and report if you notice any of these:
- A story that changes, photos that look stolen, or a person who will not match their profile on a live video call.
- Pressure to move the conversation off Sacred Poly immediately, or to keep it secret from people you trust.
- A sudden emergency, an investment pitch, a customs or travel fee, or any request for gift cards, wire transfers, or crypto.
- Someone impersonating Sacred Poly, a moderator, or another member. Sacred Poly will not ask you to pay a fee to unlock a match or to "verify" by sending money.
- Commercial sex, escorting, or sugar arrangements. Those are not allowed on this service.
Never send money
Never send money, gifts, loans, crypto, or anything of value to someone you met here. Do not ask for those things either. Legitimate members do not need you to pay them to keep talking, to travel, or to prove you are serious. If someone asks, stop and report them.
Block and report
You can block a member and report conduct without waiting for a reply.
- Block. On the member account page, blocking stops new messages in both directions. Message history you already have is not erased. Block first if you want the contact to stop.
- Report. On that same page, "Report a member" asks for the other person's account ID, a reason (harassment, spam, suspected underage account, safety concern, or other), and a written description. The report is saved for the operator to review. Sending a report does not by itself suspend the other account, and there is no promised review time.
- Demonstration report button. A report control outside the member account does not send a report. Use the member account page, or email, for a real report.
- Email. You can also write to [email protected]. Do not send passwords, recovery links, or illegal imagery.
Sacred Poly reviews reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban an account. We cannot read or monitor every conversation. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Stop the conversation
End the conversation, block, and report if any of these are true. You do not need a perfect explanation.
- The person is under 18, or will not confirm that they are an adult.
- They are hiding a spouse or partner who has not agreed.
- They ask for money, gifts, loans, or crypto, or they offer you money to continue.
- They refuse a video call before meeting.
- They pressure you or anyone else, or their story does not add up.
Your account and your exit
Use one account, keep the password to yourself, and tell the operator if you think someone else is using it. You can delete the account from the member account page or by following account and data deletion. Leaving a conversation, a meeting, or the service does not require anyone else's permission.
